Account Responsibilities

To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Provide current and truthful information during registration and when updating your account. Misrepresentations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Protect your password and account details. Notify MindMOrbit immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach related to your account.

Accounts and access rights are personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by MindMOrbit.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to contribute and assist, while balancing privacy and security obligations.

MindMOrbit may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms or that present security or compliance risks, pending review and resolution.

Services

MindMOrbit provides coaching, courses, workshops, and digital resources designed to support entrepreneurial mindset development and leadership presence. Program descriptions on the site outline scope, format, and expected time commitments.

We may modify program content, scheduling, and delivery format to reflect improvements or operational needs. Registered participants will receive advance notice where changes materially affect scheduled participation.

User Conduct Rules

• Confidentiality: do not share private disclosures from coaching sessions without consent.
• No harassment: discriminatory or abusive behavior is prohibited.
• Responsible use: do not upload malicious content or violate intellectual property rights.
• Attendance: adhere to program schedules and notify organizers of absences when possible.
• No unauthorized recording: record sessions only with explicit permission from MindMOrbit and participants.
• Compliance with law: follow applicable laws and professional standards during participation.

User Content

When you submit content to MindMOrbit forums or shared workspaces, you grant certain rights for the purposes of delivering and improving our services.

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content you represent that you have the rights to do so and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

You grant MindMOrbit a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, and display content as necessary to provide services and to improve user experience.

You are responsible for the content you submit. MindMOrbit may remove content that violates these terms or is unlawful, without prior notice where permitted.

If content is removed for policy reasons, MindMOrbit will endeavor to notify the account owner and provide a rationale consistent with privacy and safety practices.

Paid Services

Paid services include paid courses, coaching packages, and subscription-based resources. Detailed descriptions and terms for each offering are provided at the point of sale.

Prices for paid services are listed on the site or in enrollment materials and may include taxes and fees where applicable. MindMOrbit aims to keep pricing transparent; any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed prior to purchase.

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize the payment processor to debit the applicable amount. MindMOrbit does not store full payment card details.

Recurring subscriptions will continue until canceled. You may cancel subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation requests are handled promptly and in accordance with the subscription terms.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the specific service terms. For workshop cancellations initiated by MindMOrbit, participants will be offered alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

Participants may cancel paid enrollments subject to the cancellation policy applicable to that offering. For events with limited seats, cancellation windows and fees may apply and will be disclosed at registration.

Participants are responsible for any taxes arising from purchases, as required by local law. MindMOrbit will attempt to indicate tax responsibilities at checkout where feasible.

MindMOrbit may update pricing for future enrollments. Current participants will be notified of any changes that affect active subscriptions or ongoing services in advance when practical.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access. MindMOrbit reserves the right to pursue collection for outstanding amounts via third-party services.

MindMOrbit provides educational and developmental services and does not offer medical, legal, or business advice. Content is for informational purposes and intended to support professional growth and wellbeing in a business context.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MindMOrbit and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of services. Liability for direct damages will be limited to fees paid for the specific service in the relevant 12-month period.

Termination
